1. Payment methods

We accept the payment in a few ways, Wire transfer, Paypal, Western Union. The price we propose doesn't include any transfer fee at the client's side.

2. Payment terms

Our standard payment terms is 50% in advance, 50% after the production is done.

3. Taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to determine and pay appropriate government taxes, fees and service charges arising from the transaction.

4. Refund

4.1 Receive a customer request to cancel the project before the production begins, full payment will be refund. The transfer fee will be deducted accordingly.

4.2 Receive a customer request to cancel the project after a certain amount of production is processed, both parties negotiate the amount that can be refunded.
